Refund & Return Policy for DEE Attire

Thank you for shopping at DEE Attire. We want you to love your new shirts. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Change Your Mind)
Under European Union and Spanish consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear email to info@deeattire.com before the 14-day period expires.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, please ensure that:
- The shirts are returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
- The shirts are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The shirts must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong shirt or if it arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@deeattire.com with photos of the issue. We will cover all return shipping expenses and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned shirt and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or your chosen payment gateway). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5 to 10 business days).
